Plot summary
Melvin is a janitor at a health club in Tromaville, New Jersey. Customers Bozo, Slug, Wanda and Julie bully him, and they also drive around town running people down for no reason. As a cruel joke they put him in a pink tutu and have him kiss a sheep, promising he will have sex with Julie. A crowd laughs at him and the chase through the club ends when he goes out a window and drops into a drum of waste on a parked truck. The waste turns him into a huge, deformed mutant with great strength.
