Plot summary
A small crew comes to a quiet West Midlands village to record a low-budget zombie movie, and the local pub serves as one of the main shooting locations. The project brings a volatile actor from small television, Greg Lupeen, whose behavior frustrates the crew and the extras. Three locals, Les, Mike and Bob, see the production as their own way to break out in the film industry, and Greg is Les' double.

- Actor Albert Moses was cast as a hospital patient specifically to honor his earlier role in An American Werewolf in London, and the casting came about through mutual connections rather than a normal audition.
- Filmed at Redditch and Alcester, the production had only three people handling the majority of the behind-the-scenes work: Pablo Raybould, Ben Manning and Jenny Browett.
- Ben Manning and Pablo Raybould originally intended to co-write the script together, but Raybould finished the screenplay alone before Manning could contribute; it was completed in January 2014.
