Plot summary
Nine months after her sister Cath was killed, Nic comes back from India and reunites with her younger sister Annie and their friends Jodie and Lisa at a cabin rented near a Pacific island. The group catches up and celebrates the reunion, then sets out the next day on a kayaking trip, spearing fish in the tropical water. Hours into the trip, Annie senses that something is wrong and catches sight of a dorsal fin. The women decide to head for the closest island, where children are swimming near the beach, and a great white shark follows the kayaks as they paddle.
