Plot summary
Brooke, a Renegade Girl and the former girlfriend of the team's player Wilson, is found murdered, and the police arrest Wilson. Aubrey Anderson, twenty-one and a former cheerleader, believes he is innocent. She has just tried out for the LA Renegades, the squad Brooke cheered for, and has fallen for Wilson herself. Refusing the case the police have built, she starts looking into the people around the team, among them a janitor, the coach and a rival cheerleader.
