Plot summary
A daughter's heroin addiction drives her father into the underground life of Saint Petersburg in the 1990s. He does not trust the police, so with a friend he begins working through the network of drug dealers behind it. Their aim is to stop the drug trade that has taken hold of the city, and to bring the daughter out of its reach.
