Plot summary
At a secret military camp, recruits are told that disloyalty brings death on them and their families, and the group then assassinates a diplomat. Scott James, a former karate champion, meets Nancy, a dancer whose routine includes martial arts. That night ninjas attack her home; Scott fights them off but cannot save her or her family. He asks McCarn, an old mercenary friend, what he knows, and McCarn denies any link to ninjas while pressing Scott to join his anti-terrorist operation. Justine, a wealthy woman, brings Scott face to face with McCarn, then asks him to kill Seikura, the man she holds responsible for her father's death. Scott refuses.
