Plot summary
In Cutter, most residents keep to themselves, and John lives in the town. He arrives home one day and finds that his girlfriend is gone. He grows suspicious of the man next door and lets himself into that house. In the basement he finds his girlfriend tied up with several other kidnapped people. The neighbor comes home, and John is trapped inside. He has to get out alive and lead the others with him.
