Plot summary
St. George Island, off the Florida coast, was opened to development in 1920, when the last traveling gypsies there were killed to clear the way for it. Ninety-six years on, the old terror in the ground is woken again: Jack Logan, an undead sorcerer who had been buried alive on the island ninety years before. He rises with only vengeance in mind, and anyone who trespasses on St. George Island is killed in gruesome fashion. A group of campers arrives for a weekend trip to the remote Florida island, unaware of what lies under the ground, and accidentally brings him back.
