Plot summary
Eve Duncan works as a forensic sculptor. Ten years have passed since Bonnie, her seven-year-old daughter, disappeared and was murdered, and Eve still does not know where the child is buried. A man contacts her and claims to be the killer. He taunts her with clues about Bonnie's case and draws her into a game of his making. He also says he has chosen another little girl, one who resembles Bonnie, and threatens to kill her. Memories of her daughter return as Eve works to close the case, hoping to save the child and to find Bonnie's final resting place.
