Plot summary
Paulie, who supports himself as a writer, is getting ready to marry his girlfriend Sue, who is five months pregnant, and his groomsmen have gathered in the Bronx for the week before the wedding. His older brother Jimbo, who has trouble holding down a job and whose childless marriage is coming apart, tells him not to go through with it. T.C. comes back to the neighborhood after eight years away, and Mike, Paulie's cousin, still blames him for a Tom Seaver baseball card that went missing. Dez, who owns the local bar, is married with two children and has pushed his own sons into learning guitar.
