Plot summary
JM is a rich IT worker and computer hacker in Tokyo who traces a fully restored 1967 Citroën DS to a house in Australia. In Tokyo he shares an apartment with a girlfriend he rarely speaks to. He quits his job and flies out to buy the car, believing it will fill the emptiness in his life. At the house he meets BG, a blind young woman, who lets him take the car for a test drive. She says she can lead him to the man who really owns it, five days' drive away in the outback, and he agrees to go with her.
