The Evil Inside Her (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Vikki is a young woman whose mind becomes a weapon in another man's hands. Clayton hunts for people he considers different from himself and drugs them. Clayton wants a world emptied of everyone he judges unlike himself. The drug leaves his victims mutilating themselves and turning violently on anyone nearby, and through it he compels other people to kill for him. Four friends, Vikki among them, set out for a weekend in the North Carolina wilderness with nothing planned beyond rest. The trip turns into a fight to survive, far from help, among people who can no longer trust their own hands.
