Plot summary
Laura Martin lives in Spain with her family, and a fire kills them. She is arranging to fly back to the United States when an official at the American embassy tells her the blaze was no accident and shows her evidence. Laura decides to stay in the country instead. She begins asking how the fire started and who was behind it, a choice that puts her own life in danger.
