Plot summary
Halloween Jack, a serial killer, slaughtered the people of Dunwich on October 31. The town's new mayor then banned every Halloween celebration. Two years on, a group of young rebels refuses to accept the ban and arranges a party of its own for the holiday. In a woodland close by, the cult called The Lords of Samhain carries out a blood sacrifice meant to raise the long dead killer. The partygoers know nothing about the ritual near them.
