The Christmas Chalet (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Grace, recently divorced, books a chalet in a Vermont Christmas village so her teenage daughter Lexi can have the holiday she remembers, and brings her mother, Helen, along. The chalet is double-booked. Jack, a romance novelist, is there because his publisher sent him to work quietly as a deadline approaches, on a book he wants to make less superficial, and since a death at Christmastide he dislikes the season and has packed away the decorations. With the town booked out, the four agree to share the house, each on a floor, and Helen's cooking and the village's festivities begin to draw Jack in.
