Plot summary
Scintillone and Ruggeretto pass the day on petty crime and the evening hunting a buyer for stolen rifles. Near the Baths of Caracalla they pick up Anna and Supplizia, two prostitutes who have been quarreling over their turf, and keep them in the car so the police will not look twice. The fence Mosciarella is taken up with his sister's funeral, so his nephew Gino, nicknamed Er Bella Bella, offers to place the rifles for a share. The women work out why they were picked up and point the men toward Fiumicino, where the deaf-mute fence Frustoni can be found.

- When La Notte Brava, also known as Bad Girls Don't Cry, was released in Italy in 1959, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage's Committee for the Theatrical Review rated it VM16 and ordered scenes removed, among them Anna lying on the ground with her legs uncovered and indecently apart, and Ruggeretto uncovering the maid in bed.
