Plot summary
Alice, a teenage girl, is abducted by three men and taken to an empty house in the countryside. The men hold her for ransom. They force her to write the demand in her own handwriting, and they keep her chained to a bed. One of the men begins to show an infatuation with her. Alice decides to use his feelings to stay alive. She holds on, hoping to be rescued, and she also tries to persuade the man to flee with her.
