SPOILER
The scene where Gustav Fiers visits Harry at Ravencroft was added after test screenings, because viewers couldn't tell whether Harry had died, been incarcerated, or escaped.SPOILER
A scene in which Richard Parker meets Peter at Gwen's grave was removed from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. After much deliberation, it was cut because it complicated the story and made Peter seem infantile.- The visual effects for Spider-Man's Times Square battle with Electro took a year to complete, and the crew took over 36,000 photos, including more than 100 billboards, to create a digital Times Square.
