Plot summary
Jonas and Lars are two working-class friends living in Los Angeles, bored by the routine their lives have settled into. When a meteor shower falls outside the city, they decide to retrieve one of the fallen rocks, hoping it will bring them money. Once they have one, ancient flying reptiles called Terrordactyls begin stalking them. The creatures then launch a full assault on the city, and the two men go on the run. On the road they meet Candice, a bartender, her roommate Valerie, and Sampson, a sassy ex-marine who drinks constantly. The group must put its disagreements aside to strike back.
