Plot summary
Kazuya Mishima comes to in a room outside Tekken City with no memory of who he is. Armed men chase him through the district, and an assassin, Rhona Anders, seizes him and takes him to a guerrilla leader called the Minister. The Minister hands him the codename K and has a bomb sewn into his chest that will go off if he fails a mission or tries to leave. Though he cannot recall his own name, K fights and shoots with unusual skill. He befriends the neighborhood janitor, and in a sparring match he defeats an opponent the Minister then orders him to kill; when K refuses, a henchman does it instead. K is given an apartment and, after rescuing a tenant named Laura from muggers, befriends her.
