Plot summary
Griffin Bing often helps friends out of trouble. Ben Dupree's family is preparing to sell their home because his father's inventions failed, and when one of them tears a hole in a wall, Griffin and Ben discover a Honus Wagner baseball card. Paul Swindell, who owns a pawn shop, buys it for $350. The next morning the pair see a news report that Swindell means to sell the card for $1.2 million and says he found it himself. He will not give it back. Griffin works out a heist to take the card back and picks a team: Amanda Benson, Savannah Westcott, and Darren Vader. His younger sister Melissa, a hacker, asks to join, and he refuses her.
