Plot summary
Shadowlaw, the crime syndicate led by M. Bison, wants world domination, and Bison has spent years hunting the strongest fighter on the planet for his ranks. He settles on Ryu, a Japanese martial artist who travels the world testing himself against challengers such as Fei Long, Dhalsim and E. Honda, and who suppresses his Ki so the monitor cyborgs sent after him cannot trace him. Interpol agent Chun-Li proposes that her agency work with the United States Military against Shadowlaw. Captain Guile, who blames Bison for the death of his friend Charlie, refuses at first, then relents when Chun-Li says Bison killed her father years earlier.
