Plot summary
The Great Gold Pirate Woonan gathered nearly a third of the world's gold and vanished with it, and pirates still search for the remote island where he hid it. El Drago, who shares Woonan's hunger for gold, holds a map to that island and sends his men to rob the Straw Hat Pirates, who are out of food and close to starving. Luffy fights back and smashes the raiders' boat, and a blast from El Drago drives the Going Merry away. Zoro dives in after Luffy, and the two find Tobio, a boy forced to work for El Drago's crew. Tobio leads them to his grandfather Ganzo's floating oden stand, where they eat with no money to pay, and Ganzo chains them together. Tobio wants to become a pirate like Woonan rather than an oden seller.
