Plot summary
Fox and her sister Spooky are children when their father has an accident and their mother turns to alcohol and drugs. Fox leaves home and lives on the street, where she becomes the partner of Goldie, a drug dealer. Goldie pays a police officer, Billy, to keep her drug dealing hidden. One day at a bar Fox sees Spooky dancing, calls out her name, and is forced to leave the club.
