Stay Out of the Attic (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Albert Schillinger runs a moving company, and he did time before that; the crew he sends out is made up of ex-convicts, among them Imani and Carlos. They are hired to move the belongings of an elderly man, Vern Mueller, who offers extra pay if the whole job is done in a single night. Mueller sets one condition: the attic and the basement are not to be entered. The house he lives in is an old Victorian mansion. Imani, Carlos and the rest of the crew take the job and start on the rooms that are open to them, leaving the two closed doors alone as the night's work begins.
