Plot summary
Inanna is a young actress who supports herself as a stripper. She becomes obsessed with a mask maker and gives away parts of herself, and piece after piece of her life, in the hope of winning his love. She wants to hold her own darkness and her own sexuality rather than leave them with a lover who abuses her. In the theater she takes on a mythic role, a journey through the abuses women endure around the world. The part does not stay on the stage: her performance, her dreams and her waking life run into one another.
