Plot summary
Craig McCenzie and Mike Reed, captains in United States special forces, are dishonorably discharged and run a struggling private security firm. A rigged poker game tests McCenzie's combat skills and brings an offer of well-paid work: aid freedom fighters on a small island ruled by a dictator. Mason leads that dictator's military, and McCenzie accepts, taking Reed with him. At a camp near the island, the pair learn the rebels fund themselves through a war tourism venture that sells wealthy foreigners a place in their ranks, and the two are hired as guides and bodyguards for five millionaire clients.
