Plot summary
The Sharktopus has remained at large since its fight with the Pteracuda and now swims the waters around the Dominican Republic. Ray, an alcoholic boat captain, and his sidekick Pablo are hired by a voodoo priest named Tiny to obtain the creature's heart. Meanwhile, the mad scientist Dr. Elsa Reinhardt combines the genetic material of a killer whale with that of a wolf, a pairing that resembles the extinct Pakicetus. The treatment turns Felix Rosa into the Whalewolf.
