Robbie Kay
Biography
Robbie Kay is a British actor who began performing as a child, after his family settled in the Czech Republic and a school noticeboard note about English-speaking extras led to a speaking part in The Illusionist, a role later cut from that film. Born in Lymington in 1995, he had small parts in Hannibal Rising (2007) and My Boy Jack (2007) before the makers of Fugitive Pieces cast him as young Jakob, a part he shot over nine weeks that included time on Greek islands. He trained for a year at a Stagecoach theater school, then took the title role in the 2008 miniseries Pinocchio. He went on to play the Cabin Boy in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Peter Pan in Once Upon a Time and Tommy Clark in Heroes Reborn, and appeared in Ways to Live Forever (2010).
