Plot summary
Sam Collins is a computer hacker on probation who is not allowed online. He sleeps on the couch of his older brother Larry and earns money at a local dessert shop, where a former hacking partner, Stanley, now calls himself David and claims a spiritual awakening. Sam also takes mail while dressed as a postal worker. One envelope is a handwritten letter from Josie, a young war widow raising her six-year-old daughter, Daisy, to the Marine husband she lost in Afghanistan. Sam keeps collecting the letters she writes and then finds a way to meet her. Ames, an FBI agent, presses him about bitcoins that went missing. Harry, Sam's probation officer, lines up a job interview for him.
