Blood Fest (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

As a boy on Halloween, Dax Conway watched horror films with his mother; a masked man killed her, and Dax's father, Dr. Conway, shot the attacker. Years later Dax is obsessed with horror films and buys tickets to Blood Fest, a festival held on an enclosed ranch, together with his best friends Sam and Krill. His father finds the tickets and the event wristband, destroys them, and forbids Dax to attend. Dax takes a spare ticket from two acquaintances, Ashley and Lenjamin, and gets onto the grounds. He meets his idol, the filmmaker Roger Hinckley, who dismisses him. The festival's founder, Anthony Walsh, welcomes the crowd, and chainsaw-wielding attackers descend on the audience. Dax, Sam and Krill break away from the crowd.
