Nicholas Lea

Nicholas Lea, born in New Westminster, British Columbia, is a Canadian actor who got his start in television, playing Officer Enrico Caruso on The Commish from 1991 to 1994. A small guest spot on The X-Files led producers to cast him as the turncoat FBI agent Alex Krycek, a role he played across eleven episodes from 1994 to 1996 and one that proved popular with fans, who nicknamed the character ratboy. A stint starring in Once a Thief, alongside Ivan Sergei, lasted a single season, and he went on to appear in the Hong Kong-Canadian film Lunch with Charles (2001). He played Tom Foss on Kyle XY and Ethan McKaye on Whistler, also serving as that show's associate producer, and he guest starred on series including NYPD Blue, Burn Notice and Andromeda. In 2012 he took the lead in The Philadelphia Experiment as Bill Gardner.
