Lily Sullivan

Australian actress Lily Sullivan, born in Brisbane and raised in Queensland, began pursuing acting after seeing a stage production of A Streetcar Named Desire in Brisbane as a teenager. A film casting call during her final year of high school led to her feature debut as Coral in Mental (2012), a role that earned her AACTA and Film Critics Circle of Australia nominations for young actor categories. She appeared in Sucker (2015) and took the lead as Miranda in the television series Picnic at Hanging Rock in 2018. She played Lucy in the Netflix film I Met a Girl (2020), then led two 2023 features, the American horror film Evil Dead Rise and the Australian science fiction thriller Monolith. Reviewers praised her performance in Monolith, where she was the sole actor on screen, and she won Best Actress at Total Film's FrightFest Awards. She has done modeling work and has tried screenwriting.
