Lee Charles

Biography

Lee Charles is an English martial artist, stunt performer and actor, born in Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside, England. He began training in Shotokan karate at age six after watching a Bruce Lee movie and later broadened his studies across other martial arts, eventually becoming a six-time world kickboxing champion. In 2005 he moved to the United States to pursue work in Hollywood. In West Hollywood he met Benny Urquidez, a kickboxer, actor and choreographer he admired, and through him was invited to train at the Lee Strasburg Theatre and Film Institute, where he studied acting and stunt work before joining Urquidez's stunt team. He made his screen debut in 2008 and has appeared in films such as The Marine 6: Close Quarters (2018), Dracula Untold (2014) and Viking Destiny (2018).
