Biography
John Boles, an American singer and actor, began in silent films and became a major star when talkies arrived. He played Victor Moritz in Frankenstein (1931), Edward Morgan in Curly Top (1935), and Barbara Stanwyck's co-star in Stella Dallas (1937).
