Biography

Jay Chandrasekhar is an American actor, screenwriter, and director and a member of the sketch comedy group Broken Lizard. Born in Chicago and raised in Hinsdale, Illinois, he formed Broken Lizard with people he met at Colgate University after doing open mic stand-up in Chicago. He began by making shorts with the troupe, then self-funded Puddle Cruiser (1996), which reached the Sundance Film Festival in 1997.
