Plot summary
Felix Bean, Matt, and Grogan are students at Coburn University. The three break into the campus dining hall, and campus police discover them there. Felix gets away, but Matt and Grogan are detained and face a disciplinary hearing. Suzanne, a student lawyer, is assigned to their case. Felix meets her and the two begin a casual relationship, though Suzanne is still dating Traci, a rugby player at another school, and she tries to keep the relationship quiet. Felix sleeps with a fellow student named Jennifer, and when Suzanne objects, he calls her a hypocrite because Traci remains in her life.
