Chris Hardwick
Biography
Chris Hardwick is an American comedian, actor, and host of television and podcasts, as well as a writer and producer. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he began hosting MTV's Singled Out in the mid-1990s and later became known for hosting aftershows including Talking Dead, Talking Bad, and Talking Saul. He created Nerdist Industries and hosted The Nerdist Podcast, later renamed ID10T. Between 2013 and 2017 he hosted the Comedy Central panel show @midnight with Chris Hardwick, and he also hosted The Wall on NBC. As an actor, he appeared in Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses (2003) and Halloween II. He also did stand-up and was part of the musical comedy duo Hard 'n Phirm, and did voice work for shows including The Legend of Korra and Sanjay and Craig.

Hardwick is a stand-up comedian who also works with Mike Phirman as part of the music comedy duo Hard 'n Phirm. Their half-hour comedy special, Comedy Central Presents: Hard 'n Phirm, first aired in January 2008.
