Ben Schnetzer
Biography
Ben Schnetzer is an American actor who was born in New York City to two actors and trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He began with a 2010 episode of Law & Order and a supporting role on the ABC series Happy Town. In his final year at Guildhall he was cast as Max Vandenburg in The Book Thief (2013), and he gained critical acclaim and two British Independent Film Awards nominations as the activist Mark Ashton in Pride (2014). He played a student in The Riot Club (2014), Brad Land in Goat (2016), and appeared in Warcraft (2016), Snowden (2016) and Punk's Dead: SLC Punk 2 (2016). Later credits include 7 Days in Entebbe (2018), Saint Judy (2018), The Death & Life of John F. Donovan (2018), a Broadway debut in The Nap, and the television series The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair and 3 Body Problem.
