Plot summary
In November 2005, a T-virus attack hits Harvardville Airport, spreading through the terminal and from a crashed airliner. Claire Redfield, a TerraSave worker, runs into Senator Ron Davis, who opposes the group, and the two hide in a VIP lounge with Rani, the niece of a TerraSave employee. Troops and a local Special Response Team lock the airport down. Leon S. Kennedy, a federal agent, works with officers Angela Miller and Greg Glenn. Trucks from WilPharma bring a T-virus vaccine the company created, and explosives destroy them.

- Leon S. Kennedy's look in the film was created by photo scanning the face of model Jamisin Matthews, giving the character a new appearance for this era.
- In late 2007, seven actors flew to Japan for the shoot, and over ten days in Tokyo the crew used two studios for body and facial capture and 50 PCs totalling 200 CPUs to render 1,300 cuts.
