Plot summary
Buster McHenry works undercover for the Philadelphia police, trying to expose a corrupt officer in the department. The job has already landed him in trouble: he was arrested after intervening in a carjacking. Now he is inside a robbery crew led by the crime boss Marino, hitting a jewelry store for six million dollars in diamonds. The getaway goes badly. Two men are shot, and an ancient Lakota tribal spear is carried off from an auction house. Buster is hit and left wounded. Hank Storm, a young Native American, is after the spear and blames Buster for the raid. Buster is after the men he ran with.

- Director Jack Sholder wanted to top the car chase in his previous film The Hidden, so he asked stunt coordinator Mickey Gilbert for something that had not been done before. Gilbert devised two stunts: a car driving straight through an office and destroying it, and a car driving up a ramp into a semi truck and exiting out the other end.
