Plot summary
Recently divorced and living with his parents again, Edgar Easton reconnects with Ashley Summers, a childhood crush, and comes across a puppet in his late brother's room. An internet search identifies it as Blade, patterned after a design by Andre Toulon, who put on puppet shows before the Third Reich rose. A convention at the Brass Buckle Hotel is auctioning original Toulon creations, so Edgar, Ashley and his boss Markowitz drive there to sell the doll. The retired officer who guides tours of Toulon's mansion tells guests about the war criminal's crimes in America. Strange phone calls reach Edgar and Ashley, the Blade doll moves on its own, and guests at the hotel begin dying.

Did you know?!Facts and trivia about Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich (2018)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- With some establishing and b-roll footage for Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich still unfinished at the end of production, Fangoria writer Preston Fassel stepped in to play the puppet master Andre Toulon in shots where Udo Kier's face would not be seen, because Kier was unavailable to return.
- A prequel titled Puppet Master: Aryans Ahoy, which was to put the puppets on a cruise ship, never materialized, partly because Fangoria's parent company Cinestate shut down in 2020 after a producer was arrested for sexual assault and faced misconduct allegations.
