Jenny Pellicer
Biography
Jenny Pellicer is an actress who was born and raised in Oslo, Norway. She came to acting after earning a law degree in International Human Rights from Durham University and working for Newsweek. She later spent time in Mexico City, where a family steeped in the arts rekindled her desire to act. After moving to Los Angeles, she met a talent manager through a childhood friend from Norway; he first tried to discourage her, but signed her after seeing a taped audition. She then booked recurring roles on The Bridge for FX and State of Affairs for NBC. On The Bridge she played Romina, a drug-addicted daughter. On State of Affairs she played Emily. She also took the part of Lise, a Norwegian reporter, in an untitled film by Gerardo Naranjo. She speaks four languages and holds three passports, which helped her book roles.
