Plot summary
Wong Ho-chiu, a property tycoon in Hong Kong, shares a birthday celebration with his wife and his grown daughter Daisy. Daisy longs to travel, and she names the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia as the place she wants to see; the wish turns into a quarrel with her father, and she leaves the house. The following day a cellphone video arrives showing Daisy in the hands of captors who want ten million for her release. Wong Ho-chiu tells the police nothing, sure that his daughter arranged the abduction herself to extract money from him, and he warns the captors that harming her will bring consequences.
