Plot summary

Deacon, a former black-ops agent, has come to the city for an operation: one of his kidneys is to be removed and given to his dying niece. He wakes in his opulent hotel room stitched up, the organ gone, the latest victim of organ theft. His niece is running out of time, so Deacon leaves the hotel to search for the stolen kidney. The hunt takes him through brothels and fight clubs, back-alley black markets and the estates of wealthy men. He loses blood from the fresh wound as he works his way deeper into the trade.
