Poltergay (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Emma and Marc, a young couple, move into a house that has stood empty for thirty years. Neither of them knows that a cave under the house once held a gay nightclub, or that in 1979 the place caught fire when a foam machine short-circuited, and that five bodies were never found. The men who died there now haunt the house as ghosts, and only Marc can see them. Emma cannot, and the apparitions come between the couple as she pulls away from him. Moved by his trouble, the ghosts want to help him win her back.
