Plot summary
Hayley is a young singer and songwriter, a rising rock star who fronts the band Plush. Her brother, also in the band, dies of a drug overdose, and she enters a downward spiral. Plush's second album becomes a critical and commercial disaster. Enzo arrives as the replacement guitarist, and friendship with him brings her new hope as he pushes her toward new creative heights. Their collaboration crosses into something sexual. Hayley is married with two children, and she retreats from his advances.
