Philadelphia Experiment II (1993) on Netflix

Plot summary

Nine years after his journey through time, David Herdeg is raising his son Benjamin in California while his business slides and banks threaten his home. He refuses help from Professor Jim Longstreet, who wants him back in the Navy, and suffers painful seizures. Engineer William Mailer uses the Experiment's technology in tests meant to send a bomber into enemy airspace and bring it back. When Mailer sends an F-117 Nighthawk through the portal and the aircraft does not return, David is seized by pain and watches the world change around him, Ben vanishing with it. He finds himself in an altered 1993, where Nazi Germany won the war and is about to mark fifty years of rule over America.
