Plot summary
Jonny Baptiste is a reckless teenager who is sent to stay with her estranged Aunt Hildie. When Jonny turns eighteen, she undergoes a family spell called Forevering, a radical metamorphosis that leaves her mythically feral. At her new school, several teen girls go missing, and young women continue to disappear from the town. Jonny, impulsive and newly transformed, goes after the Perpetrator.
