Pernicious (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Alex, Julia and Rachel, three American friends, take a summer teaching job in Thailand. Some of them want to do good there, and others are mainly after an adventure. They are lodged in an isolated house that holds a golden statue of a child. Three British men they meet are brought back to the house for a one-night stand, and that night brings dreadful dreams. In the morning the men are gone, and so are the friends' jewels and the statue. The missing statue opens a way into old Thai folklore and magic, and a witch tells the friends about Kumari, abused children who return as ghosts looking for revenge.
